They completed the work at 3 properties I have. All three properties had issues and they would not come out to repair them. DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL ALL WORK IS TOTALLY CHECKED. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE FOR THINGS THEY PUT IN AND DID NOT CHECK TO SEE IF IT WAS ALL RUNNING WELL. MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE NOTHING IN THE HOME BECAUSE THEY WILL USE YOUR PLUMBING STUFF INSTEAD OF USING THEIRS. I had to get a friends plumber to come out and repair what they did not come and fix. NEVER WILL USE THEM AGAIN. Pictures of issues can be provided.

They couldnt find and resolve the leak Another company came and said the leak is from outside, going under concrete and coming up cracks around floor pipe. Thatcher and son should have known this, not say dont know and charge a service call .

Fixed the problem, nice couple.

They were here the same day I called and I was surprised by the bill as I expected to pay more after calling other companies.

They were very very nice, i would recommend them they do more than just run gas lines

If you are in need of plumbing services look no further. I was impressed and completely satisfied with this company. I called thinking I had a major issue and they honestly evaluated my problem with a solution that made sense and cost much less. Will definitely call again and recommend highly.

Excellent service - high quality solution and friendly, professional experience. Only issue was price seemed high for what turned out to be a 1 hour job; however, came out within 4 hours of my first call and given heat and hot water was out I (in extreme cold weather) I was pleased with timeliness and quality of work.

We hired Thatcher & Son for changing our old copper gas piping. They did a neat job by replacing copper piping with rigid black pipe. We would definitely hire them for any future plumbing or gas piping needs.

The work was done very well and in the exact time frame we talked about during when the tech came out for the quote. He even showed me all the work that was done, explained how the equipment worked and gave me a few other plumbing maintenance tips. Service was a little more expensive than I was hoping for.

I really wish I got the gentleman's name who came out because he was the most honest and polite servicemen I've had to deal with!! My shower drain is very moody and some days it drains and others it doesn't! Of course when he was here it was just fine. He COULD of lied and said he needs to snake it and whatever because I KNOW my drain sucks!! But he DID NOT!! He wasn't going to take any money from me but I told him he came out and for his time. Finally, he agreed and wrote me up for a service call. I KNOW my drain will act silly again and the first place I'll call for any plumbing needs is Thatcher & Son Services. They are by far one of the GOOD ones!!

Gene called before arriving, was on time, and fixed my issue. I scheduled with Thatcher on Monday morning, got an 8AM appointment on Wednesday and by 11AM my sink was back up-and-running. Thank you Gene and Thatcher!

Replaced value repair work failed, and leaked resulting in water damage after five hours. Original valve was not leaking, simply needed a new handle.

They do great job within their specialties. I used their service twice to replace a sump pump and to fix one and both times they were on point. I definitely recommend them.
