Michelle and Doug were awesome! They were professional, responsive and patient. They explained everything clearly and helped us find a great tenant. Michelle was very patient and worked with us to ensure that we found a tenant that met our criteria of no pets...which took a little while but eventually was achieved. We are happy we did our homework and checked our several property management companies and found PMI. Our experience with PMI has been outstanding so far.

PMI was the third company we interviewed (but calls to many others) so we did our research. Michelle and Doug were/are very responsive (calls if needed or by text or emails. And the easy to use owner portal). They are always professional. They do what they say they will and more. The photos they took of our house and yard were professional and showed our house as it is. House was rented within a week of showing. Sounds so simple, right? Well it has been! It has been six months and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend PMI. Five stars out of five.

For the past 3 years, Michelle has managed my rental property for me while I have been on an overseas assignment. I am a Landlord who cares alot about my properties and the even more, the tenants who I find to live there. Michelle's greatest attribute is she truly cares. She cares about the property and the people who live there. Yes, there are times when things don't go perfect (repairs or difficult tenants) and Michelle manages it very well. She does it similar to how I handle it. If something bad happens to a good tenant, she tries her best to make them happy. If there is a difficult tenant, she tries to work with them to find a solution that is beneficial to both, while ensuring my property is protected in the end. When you read reviews of property managers, many of them have bad experiences of not responding quickly. Michelle responds immediately! Every time I need something, she returns my call/text within a few minutes. Same way with the tenants. The only misunderstanding we have had over the past 3 years was a miscommunication on a couple of repairs. However, she handled it well and did the right thing in working with the contractor to reduce the price. Overall, my experience has been very positive with Property Management Inc and I would recommend them.

Michelle manages three of my rental properties and is the definition of professionalism. She is super dialed in and incredibly responsive. The only time I remember that I even have rental properties is when the rent is direct deposited into my account. Highly recommend!!

PMI of MI has been very professional from the initial introduction to the manager. They are attentive to the property, tenants and to me, the landlord. My previous property manager experience was a nightmare and when I started working with PMI of MI I wished I had made the change years earlier! I would highly recommend Property Management of MI!.

Michelle is awesome! I was managing my rental property myself when I was living in Michigan, but after moving across the country to Seattle that quickly became a challenge. After interviewing several property management companies I ended up going with Michelle and I couldn't have made a better choice. She is very responsive and gets things handle quickly with the property. She has great advice when issues come up with the property and her prices for repairs are very reasonable. She has saved me a lot of headaches over the last 2 years and has gotten top dollar for the property netting me more income than I was getting on my own.

Michelle and her team at PMI are incredibly responsive. If I have a question or concern I can e-mail, call or text and usually have a response within an hour. They put me at ease by personally showing our home to prospective tenants (not just a lock box or something like others do). Of course they do all of the things that all property managers do--background checks and references etc. but they have a staff of skilled trades so that if there is a plumbing issue at the rental in the middle of the night, their staff plumberr goes to fix the problem--they aren't out looking for a contractor at 3x the price because of the time of day. Those type of things will keep your cost down as an owner. I also found that when there were changes I requested for the lease or changes to any of the contracts, PMI was agreeable and accomodated those changes. I felt the lease terms in their lease were very favorable to the owner unlike others I read. They visit the property and do inspections to make sure the tenant is compliant with the lease terms. It's a lot of little things that as an owner make me feel very happy with the service being provided. We have worked with PMI for about 7 months and it has been a great experience. Their rates are competitive with everyone I called. You may find someone for a slightly lower cost but with a large investment/asset like a house I'd rather pay 1% more in order to ensure that I'm working with someone who cares enough to meet each prospective tenant and modify lease terms to make me comfortable that the lease protects my interests. Their costs were competitive with most others I spoke with--first month rent plus 10% per month. I've been very satisfied with the service from PMI.

2.5 years into my 3 years of my trip, I am very satisfied with the quality of tenants that PMI Michigan has found for my properties. All clients have paid on time every month and are keeping my properties in very good condition. Additionally, I have found that the monthly property management fees taken from the rent have proven to be slightly lower than other companies I had quoted, so I am satisfied with that. The person that I work with, Michelle, is extremely responsive to my emails at all hours of the day. I rarely have to ask her to do something more than once. She informs me promptly or repairs or maintenance needed on the properties and she makes timely arrangements to get this work completed so the tenants are happy. PMI Michigan makes prompt electronic fund transfers to my checking account for rental collections every month within a 3-4 day window (likely dependent on when tenant pays). I also know that my tenants enjoy paying their rent electronically instead of sending me a check in the mail each month. It is also easy for me to pay for repairs and maintenance online to reimburse their PMI Michigan when needed and I can do this without any fund transfer fees (ACH).

This is a continued monthly service and Michelle's service from day one has always been outstanding. She has handled everything from legal agreements and tenant concerns on my behalf and has done so in a very professional and prompt manner. I'm someone that has a rental home but I do not have time to be a landlord. Michelle fills that void and could charge double for her service and I still feel it would a good value. The only time I'm really involved is when a monetary decision needs to be made and she'll never make any decision that will cost you money without your authorization. Could not recommend her and her services enough.
