Princess Drywall

The survey visit went well, made it seem like a quick and easy job. Then they sent their contractor to do the work instead. When job was complete I noticed a lot of porosity in the mud and had them return to fix it.

I started with high hopes with using Princess Painting, the owner was personable, the price was average, but I liked the reviews, so I went with them. What a mistake and all I can learn from them is Buyer Beware. Our scope of work was drywall work, mudding and taping and paint for 3 rooms. The first day only one person showed up and didn’t have any knowledge on what the scope of work was and what was supposed to be done so I had to pull up the contract and go over all the work to be done, and to keep this brief I had to do this with all the workers. They literally only had one worker at a time with no supervision. This took them just over a month and during this time I had to keep calling the owner about shotty work his response was always he was short workers. One of the workers a mud guy did horrible work, cased out my home and went into my daughter’s room while she was sleeping, the owner told me that he fired him but I found out from the painter that that guy was still employed with them. At the very end of the job the owner had the painter check her own work and relay back to me that the job was done when in fact they had missed drywall work that they just painted over, missed whole areas of paint and never cleaned up and took a ladder of mine. I asked the owner to come by and do a final inspection and return the ladder on July 10th and he agreed, he never showed up.

I must say that was very important to me and very professional that shows a persons character, Also Dan was very on the job as well with our needs for our household as well. I must give the biggest and up most respect to the painter Mark and eldron sorry for misspelling of name , these gentleman was 100 percent dedicated and devoted on bringing my house back to its original form. I could not be happier the work was performed to all the details one of Michigan's finest companies I ever seen , with that being said you would be wrong not to choose them trust me I know from previous contractors. Princess has completed all drywall for many new build homes for me. They do top quality work, and All work is completed on time. They stand by their warranty and fix all seams or nail pops that are caused by the settling of the house.

Once the experienced personnel arrived on the scene it went well. New help should definitely be under the stewardship of experienced pros.

It went very well. We had a lot of small repairs that needed to be addressed as well as one huge hole in a wall that was repaired very cleanly.

Communication was great, they were punctual, each worker who I met was polite and respectful. And the job went very well, too. When I needed follow-up touch-ups, no problem at all. Would hire again.
