Employees are all uniformed and all trucks have logo and are easily identified as a Landscape maintenance vehicles. From quote to job being done is usually same week. Our customer service is great, we return phone calls, show up when we say, and do an awesome job. We are honest and will make you feel comfortable with your landscape decisions.

"Mrs [Member Name Removed] I have worked for you family for years. Started working for your father in law about ten years ago. We still provide weekly service for them. You worked out in the yard with the workers. You and your husband were with my guys the whole time. At no point did we have any issues. We were not even aware of the sprinkler line break until the invoice had not been paid. When we called requesting payment (due day of service) we were informed that the sprinklers had an issue and you had called your normal sprinkler company to complete the repair. We credited your account for the sprinkler issue as it had been several weeks and you had already handled the issue with your own sprinkler company. We also gave you credit for the mess on your driveway. We apologized for the situation and took responsibility for the issue. This was an oversight as when we were leaving the job site the customer was using hose to water in plants and we left. I only learned about these issues after reaching out several times to be paid. We do great work and the manager on that job should have stayed with you and washed everything for you. We are sorry about that. We gave you credit on your bill for the inconvenience and for the sprinkler break. We then proceeded to wait an additional couple weeks to be paid. We don’t ask for money up front and only get paid when you are happy. We left that day with both clients waving good bye to us and had no idea there was issues until we requested payment. I’m sorry about this bad experience you had with us. It is not the typical experience. As always we use things like this to learn, train and be better for the next client. "Mrs. [Member Name Removed] I’m sorry you feel this way. We have serviced you for many years with no problems at all. You have even referred us to some of your friends. All the previous years there wasn’t any issues at all. Year after year you signed up. We have office staff and make sure any complaints or issues are handled quickly. One of the storms we missed your city walk. At 3am you started to repeatedly email and call my phone in the middle of a snow emergency and middle of the night. We promptly fixed the issues. I understand that you were frustrated in the moment and we understand that. As soon as we could we dispatched a crew member to attend to your sidewalk. We always answer the phone for any issues and always fix any snow plow issues and/or damage from the plow. Every single time! We also ensure that each customer is plowed well within the agreed to and signed contract. I’m sorry again you had a bad experience. We pride ourselves on customer service and love our customers! Even in the midst of a storm we are answering calls and making sure customers know what is going on. We understand how stressful snow can be and we do everything we can to ensure speedy satisfactory service for all of our customers! "Hello , thank you for the review. Sometimes first time customers are unfamiliar with how we do our routes and when to expect us during a snow storm. After we explained what to expect I think we had a great season together! This review was made after a November 10-11th storm. Our contract does not start until November 15th. So for that unexpected early storm we were not under contract. BUT, we did still come out and plow driveways so that our valued customers still were able to get in and out of their driveway. We work very hard to listen to the customer describe their goals and then check and re-check with the them for the plan of attack. I can't wait for your seed to fill in and continue being a part of your amazing peace park. The neighbors kept approaching us and telling us how great things look. They couldn't help but share the excitement about the improvements. We used high quality soil with lots of organic material to replenish the spent soil. The seed should be sprouting in 7-14 days. Greg Leone responded very promptly to my call, and visited our home a day or two later to discuss the scope of work. His employees were polite and friendly, and did a fabulous job on reinstalling metal edging around several large flower beds. The edging was uneven and had popped out of the ground in spots. It would have been difficult, if not impossible, for me to have done this work on my own. The beds look 100% better, and the pricing was very fair for the work performed.
The time from Greg's visit to the time the work was performed was about a month, though, which I thought was on the long side. I'm still giving him an A for the promptness of the initial response, quality of the work performed and reasonableness of the pricing.

We have many repeat customers, so they are scheduled before the season starts. We usually keep our delivery of job down to two weeks from estimate to finish but for some reason yours took a little bit longer. I think I also wanted to make sure my one or two guys that have experience with the edging was on the job to ensure it went smoothly. Regardless I am happy that you are happy and look forward to working with you again."
The clean up crew arrived early few days later and thoroughly clean the yard from excessive leaves, a huge pile of sticks built up or over 2 years and put our yard equipment back in place nice and neat. It was great seeing a team of 5+ people get to work quickly and efficiently.
We love that they hauled off all the debris/sticks/leaves.
