They have been fantastic. The cost was free because I brought the car from them, it was included. The best is that they have a nice waiting area and they are quick. The worst part is that it’s unpredictable on exactly how long it is going to be. I happened to wait an hour for an oil change on that day, sometimes it’s 20 minutes.

All of our vehicles are through Chrysler except for one car. We use one dealership and it's because of the fact that they are all under warranty. You're in and out within an hour.

They are great! I have been going here for about 12-14 years. We have purchased multiple cars from here, and would recommend them to anyone. We had a coupon that we used for this oil change, but would normally pay around $55 for a tire rotation/oil change.

Took my 2015 dodge pro master in to get the oil changed and before I could get it there it started running rough. When I talked to the service guy he said they would look at and the whole time they made it out that well you didn't tell us about this problem and we will get to whenever. FYI I'm a business link customer and we get priority next spot in line for service well they didn't even look at the car for another day later then when they did look at it they don't even know how to fix it the engineers said maybe the pcm and well that part is on back order for 3 weeks they have had my work van now for 2 weeks they will not get me a loaner car and they are supposed to its in the business link contract they push on contractors to buy these POS VANS THAT ARE IN THE SHOP ALL THE TIME IT ONLY HAS 17000. SO FOR SOMEBODY THAT DEPENDS ON THERE VEHICLE TO MAKE MONEY AND SURVIVE GOLLING COULD CARE LESS AND WHEN WE BUY ANOTHER WORK VAN IT WILL NOT BE A DODGE THE SERVICE PEOPLE ALWAYS TREAT THE CUSTOMER TERRIBLE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS DEALER OR ANYOTHER DODGE DEALER THEY ALL SUCK BUYER BEWARE THE CARS ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON THEY BREAK DOWN ALL THE TIME.......

The worst service experience ever. and the owner doesn't care and the management doesn't care that they wrecked my car and never returned phone calls. they expected me to put my credit card on file for the rental car. You would think that they would bend over backwards to make you happy because they wrecked your car but they made you feel like it was your fault for bring the car there for service.

They do things on schedule. We can quickly make appointments.

Everything went well except for driver-side mirror. First replacement was a standard mirror but should have been a remote adjustable mirror. Identified issue when I came to pick it up. Had to leave it three more days to order and replace with proper mirror. Total wait time was 2 1/2 weeks.

We ended up going back after talking to the warranty company and getting a refund. :(

From start the finish the process was easy...call the service dpt, make an appointment, drive in and allow them to work on the car. I did shop the price around and found that they were about $20 more than other service shops but to have the mechanics be well trained and familiar with my vehicle is worth the extra money.

Great!. Service completed in less than 1 hour; also conducted full inspection of vehicle to identify future service needs.

They're very nice. Their waiting room is clean. They have T.V.'s and computers in the waiting room. They even wash the car when we have it serviced. They do a follow up call the next day to check on the service and make sure everything is great.

THEY TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET MY CAR BACK TO ME. THEY KEPT SAYING THAT IT WOULD BE READY AND IT WASN'T. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD AND I WILL CONTINUE USING THEM BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY.

I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL OTHER AUTO SERVICE STATIONS AND ARENA DODGE IS THE FIRST THAT I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH. THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH MY VEHICLE.
