They do a good job. I will recommend and use them, again.

I bought it on the European plan and 6 months later, I flew over to pick it up. I was particularly happy because  they told me about the European plan so they gave me more information than anyone else gave us.

.We were going back and forth and they were ordering things that we didn't ask them to order such as rims from Germany. We call them back and forth so it took several months. I paid so much for labor and things that I didn't order. I think they should have a way of confirming to the customer the work that they will do. Their dishonesty and unfairness was disappointing.

.I have been doing business with them for over 20 years and I had a really bad experience with them this time. When I was not satisfied with what they are telling they told me that I should go to another company for my tires. They gave me a quote and then they go ahead and ordered the tires without my permission. They didn't return the materials of my car and said that they throw it away, it was really a big mess. A guy said that I needed three new rims and the other one he can save then they charge me with things that the guy never discussed at me such as front and back brake pads even if the car was really not messed up. Even if I ask to talk to the manager they always let me talk to the same sales guy which was irritating. After I complained a couple of times they finally talked to my insurance company and done some repair works on my car.

I would not use them again. The quality of work has decreased over the years.

We have been going to Erhard BMW for about five years now. I think they come across as a very honest dealership in both sales and service. Ron Peurach is the salesperson and Mike Hood is the service person who we deal directly with. They are extremely professional and the people who we deal with are very nice.

My service guy is very direct and he's not trying to sell me things I don't need. He knows that I don't want to be spending lots of many. I got a 14-year-old car and he's helpful, help me get the necessary work that I needed done, so I like his honesty and that's why I always go back there.

It went very well. They were very punctual, informative and complete. Nothing went wrong. It was all good. And I love the car!

They do a very good job. The job was very well done. As I expected it was BMW so it was very high ended. They were very attentive when I go in. the place was clean and beautiful. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were polite. They were good. We have been using them for 12 or 13 years. It was worth but expensive. They were effective but expensive. I pay for what I get. The quality of the work was very good usually. If something comes up and the problem has not been addressed, I can take it back and explain it to them and they were very good and they go back at it.

The last time I was at Erhart BMW was because I was having some electrical problems. The only reason I use them is because I still have a warranty. The quality of work is acceptable, but I'm not overly impressed. Their pricing is expensive, and I don't even what to go there, so I make my fiancee take my car for service. I feel like they have an "attitude".

Erhard BMW of Bloomfield Hills treats its customers wonderfully. We're totally happy with this car dealership. My husband is a car collector and really knows the industry well, and he swears by this dealership. They treat us very well. We do trust them here. I'd rather not say the price, but it is comparable to other luxury cars.
