The original results were great, until about 90 days later when all the caulk was cracked and molding. After several days of leaving multiple messages and calling several times a day, Kevin returned my call and offered to fix it the next week with a service call, even offered the service call at a 40% discount. Four days after they left with everything supposedly fixed, my wife used the shower and when I went to take mine I noticed all the caulk they had just fixed was again cracked and separating from the bottom of the shower. I immediately called Kevin and left him a message as well as taking pictures. After calling and texting Kevin with no response for a week he let me know he would fix it. When I told him I would not pay an additional service call fee because it wasn't done right two weeks ago when they did it, Kevin never responded again and didn't show up on the day it was to be fixed and has not called, texted, or emailed.

My husband and i were looking to have our Tile Floors & Stone Marble Vanity cleaned and refinished. It just so happens that I received a card in the mail for Tile & Stone Restoration by Ceramic Enhancement that same week. So I called left a message. Kevin called back right away and we set up an appointment for an estimate. He arrived on time and a very nice young man. We discussed what it was going to take to get my tile floors and marble vanity looking there best. Price was comparable to 2 other quotes i received. Kevin and I set a job date within that week. :) They were 15min late but called to say the traffic/road conditions were far from good. Kevin and his helper Drew arrived and helped shovel a path to the door. Thanks guys. They started with the tile on the Kitchen floors, whereh they did a sample area so i could see the results. It looked so much better. They worked hard to restore my tile floors and the outcome was even better than the sample. Then came the marble top that was 50+ years old and looked horrible . They taped everything off and began refinishing it. Wow I didnt think the marble would shine ever again and after they was done it looked better than new. The entire process took most of the day and when I had to leave, Kevin took care of locking up and jumping out the garage. Needless to say this process from start to finish has meet and exceeded my expatiation. I would strongly recommend this company.
