Tracy was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right carpet for the job. She beat the other quotes while providing a better-quality carpet, and provided the quick installation appt I needed. There were minor communication issues with the installers. One was inexperienced. A few things pointed out were fixed before they left.

I thought it was a little pricey for what I had done but it was still less expensive than getting new carpet. The workers were great, very professional and fast.

It was great working with Tracy from beginning to end. She followed through, give us a fair price and made the whole project come together seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Easy to work with and reliable

I needed carpeting installed a few weeks before an event. Not only did Tracy beat out other quotes but she found just the right high-quality carpet for my budget. She makes it her job to know her customers. Her installer was a pro. The carpeting in our sun porch really sets the room off. We are very happy with the overall experience. Will call her for our next carpet project.

Tracy from Carpet-Queen was very knowledgeable and taught me so much about everything carpet-related, as this was my first time replacing carpeting. Her communication was outstanding from the moment I reached out through home adviser to the install. She even scheduled the install for the day before garbage day so I could easily dispose of the old carpet, I’d have never thought of that! The installers were outstanding as well. They broke my carpet down in such a convenient and easy to handle way. And even vacuumed the space once they were done. I am so happy with the way it looks! I will definitely be using Carpet-Queen for my future projects.

The owner called immediately -- and was very responsive and flexible. Seems that she manages crews of installers that come to the house. They are typically ready to get to work on the spot. Unfortunately, this was part of an insurance claim and I couldn't pull the trigger so quickly. Once approved, they arrived within 24 hours and completed the job in a very acceptable time -- and for a great value. Overall -- very happy...
