Despite having promised no scratching, my vintage driveway was destroyed. ?The ad said wheeled dumpsters, but that's only on one side. ?The driver gouged my two strip driveway in a historic neighborhood. ?Would not recommend!

Dan, the owner, picked up the phone when I called late in the afternoon. He was so nice and easy to work with. They called 30 minutes from our house the next day, I arrived at the house 2 minutes before the delivery, and the driver could not have been nicer. Austin's service was great and their price was less than 5 other companies that we considered. I called on a Monday to have the dumpster picked up and Beverly told me I was on the schedule. Very easy.

1. I called on a Thursday, and they could have had it to me on a Friday. I waiting until Saturday. They were there when they promised to drop it off. I filled it Saturday and called first thing Monday to have it hauled away. It was gone when I got home! I would definitely recommend. Extremely friendly and helpful on the phone.

They were awesome. They came through and did everything they said they were going to do. They gave me a discount for being a member of Angie's List. They brought the dumpster in a timely manner. We ended up having it an extra day. You have to call for them to come pick up the dumpster. I called and they couldn't come the day that I was there. They didn't charge me for the extra day. Beverly, who was in the office, was wonderful to work with.

I would not hesitate to use Austin again, if needed. They were friendly, helpful, professional and one of the lowest price wise of several other companies I researched.

Called on weekend, phone answered by Dan Austin  and got dumpster delivered Monday.  I called when I finished on Saturday and it was picked up Monday.  They had to work around power lines and boards were placed under wheels to protect driveway

Austin Containers were very easy to get ahold of, schedule container drop off and pick up.
We ordered a 20YD container for our house interior demo work. Austin dropped the container as scheduled in the back of our driveway. THey put it on wood blocks since we were asphalt.
We had it for one week and used every bit of it. Austin picked it up when scheduled.
Will use in the future, for certain.

Working with Austin was a pleasure. They were very responsive and even let me keep the dumpster an extra 5 days at no charge. I would definitely use them again in the future.

It went well, but we did not know we had to tell them when to pick it up since we were under the impression we were getting it for seven days. So you have to tell them when you order it or call them when you need it picked up.

They delivered the dumpster early. We needed to keep it for an extra day and they were accommodating with that. They were very nice, professional and easy to deal with. We would use them again in the future.

Very courteous, professional company. We needed a 30 yard dumpster delivered to a residential address. Talked to a very pleasant woman on Tuesday and had the dumpster delivered on Saturday. We needed to do a house cleaning over several weekends and they were good enough to rent it to us for one month. The person who delivered it called to confirm the delivery and even wanted to make sure he had the container in exactly the spot we wanted. We called when it was filled and they promptly came and picked it up. Great company, would use them again in the future.

Called Austin

for a new house (old house) demo. They were reasonably priced, delivered the container. Container was relatively new, so it was not such an eyesore in the neighborhodd.
We filled it, and Austin returned a week later to pick it up, no questions.
We have an asphalt drive, and they set it up on blocks so as not to damage out driveway.

They charged me $375 each time. They were nice people and answered the phone every time I called because I called several times to get information on the process. The owner was very pleasant and they were very timely with the drop off and the pick up. I would use them again but I hope I don't have to. It was a horrible job, but they were great. In terms of their price, I didn't call anyone else. I read the reviews on Angie's List and that's how I selected them.
