We have used Able Junk Removal three times in the past 8 months.  1st time was to remove old exercise equipment out of the basement and other things, 2nd time was to clean out the unwanted items from my parents' garage, and just this week was the 3rd was for demolition on an old fence.  Each time Chris was beyond excellent to work with from prompt return calls, quick scheduling of work, fast and extremely efficient and organized during the removal process.  Furthermore, he swept down the areas in the basement and garage after the cleanouts, and after the fence demo raked down the fence line, - and even took the dust, dirt, and leaves with him!  Chris is very respectful of the homeowner's property and to the homeowner!  Chris is reliable, honest, and fair. This is the second time I have hired Able Junk Removal and just like the first time, one year ago, Able was extremely careful of walls, doorways and woodwork while maneuvering old furniture out of the house.  Calls are taken directly or answered in minutes.  Both this time and the first time, Chris worked his schedule to accommodate mine.  HIRE THIS GUY!  REALLY GREAT SERVICE AND PERFORMANCE.

I contacted Chris and let him know what I wanted cleaned out.  I sent him pictures of the items and he quoted a very fair price.  He actually was able to come that same day.  He took care of our items and cleaned up exactly what we needed.
