Flooring
Now Sep 2009, I have an area that is cracked and needs repair. It is sunk down about 1/4 inch. I believe the underfloor was goughed when they took up the old floor. I have called twice a week for the past 2-3 weeks and Fred the man in charge of flooring only say he will call me and come out. He never calls. I mentioned that I just want it fixed even if I must pay. His last statement on Monday Sep 28 was, "I do not know when I can get out to repair it!" From his last remake I take it he does not intend to fix it.
