They did the work in the time quoted at the price quoted.
They were very friendly but could have been more professional. Felt like a very small operation and not as confidence inspiring as they could be. Had the impression they were not busy.
Unfortunately about a week later I was attempting to check my tire pressure before leaving for a trip. Could not do it because they had installed the wheel covers over the valve stem! Could not simply pop off the wheel covers since they are clamped on by the lug nuts. Had to go back to this Tuffy with the loaded car and my family in it to have them properly reinstall the wheel covers.

Jim Marshal who runs Tuffy Auto Service Center only fixes what needs to be fixed, give you recommendations as to what you might want to look at in the future, and their prices are more than reasonable. They are very easy to work with. I've never been disappointed and my car is always fixed right the first time.
