It was smooth sailing from start to finish. They were nice and polite and friendly on the phone, and were able to send a tech that same day. John arrived exactly when they said he would. He was professional and nice, and very knowledgeable and determined to fix the issues. He worked until everything was running smoothly. It was a good experience all the way. I highly recommend!

Recently, I had what appeared to be an easily solvable keyboard problem on my daughters mac laptop. After over an hour of analysis and initial repair, Jon, the owner, said this might be covered by warrantee, and called Apple for us. The result, he was right, Apple took care of the repair. techbench charged nothing for their diagnostic work and their call to Apple. I’d highly recommend The Tech Bench for any computer or computer problem, PC or Mac.

They charged me their book rate for hard drive recovery, $145, and worked with me through a couple of procedures to make the entire new drive available, without the RAID setup, at no additional cost in services or hardware.  Since most of my data is backed up in the cloud now, that data security component isn't as important, so I left a happy camper.  Cooperative, helpful, can recommend them with no reservations.  
The only reason I gave them a "B" on quality was that on the first pass with the transferred image to the new drive, they didn't clone it properly and only imaged the limited capacity of the original.  Within a couple of hours they managed to fix that issue, demonstrating grace under fire on top of it all, and leaving me set up with the additional headroom I wanted available for the impending WIN 10 release.

Because of my experince I referred my fother to them when his computer got infected with a virus. He was very happy with the service they performed and has used them for several other projects since, including installing a solid state drive in his computer. They are fair with the prices and have great custoemr service.
