About us
Templeton Building Company was founded in 1981 by Steve Templeton. With more than 35 years of experience in the community, we’ve built solid relationships with local municipalities, architects, trades, and suppliers, creating great value for our clients. We are known for our environmentally friendly practices, high quality, and honest work ethic. Most of our clients begin as word of mouth referrals and choose to work with us again after their first project is completed. Currently our company has three divisions: Templeton Building Company is the main division of our company. We specialize in custom remodeling, historical renovation, and new custom homes. All of our projects are constructed with the environment in mind. We have been building "green" for the last ten years, and both Steve and Ben Templeton are Certified Green Professional Builders. Templeton Service Division, run by Rich Downs, will take care of any necessary maintenance at your home. We can help you with anything from snow removal to changing light bulbs to building decks. We also specialize in restoring your home after damage from water leaks or other losses. We commit to treat your home as though it was ours. Templeton Commercial Division, run by Brian Sarver, has the expertise to help you imagine, design, and build your new work place or public space. We have the knowledge and resources to tackle most commercial construction needs. Our past projects have included retail spaces, office spaces, multi-family units, and restaurants. We pride ourselves on attention to the client’s needs, their budget, and service.
