Wonderful Experience.   First time had massage with hot rocks.

It was alright. The massage itself was pretty good. I didn't think the spa was that great, it had kind of like a "mildewy" smell, but that was over a year ago. The massage therapist was good, but I don't think I'll go back. It just didn't have the same feeling that I have gotten going into other spas. I just felt like they were figuring all out, it didn't feel like sort of an established kind of place. It was a good price.

The appointment was a gift.  The recipient raved about it.

i had pain in back, over treatment. i would have enjoyed more on all the body. head was in front only, like whole head.  most was concetrated on back, would be alright for 3/4 hr. but too much for 90 min. otherwise was satisfactory

We at first had some connection issues. Once I had it scheduled, it was awesome. Included was lots of washing, warm towels, extractions, nice soothing music. My face was very clean after. I made an appointment for the same thing.

Everything was excellent

I ordered a couples massage.  The whole experience was very nice.  From the moment we entered the spa (greeted by a very kind receptionist), to waiting briefly with a beverage, to the massage and then the snack we enjoyed afterwards.  The massage therapists for my boyfriend and I were very good.  They asked for our input as to what we would like done, if we had any areas we wanted them to avoid and did an excellent job.  The whole experience was very positive.

Dorata was wonderful and I felt really good after the appointment. 

I was a little taken aback that we were told that the coupon covered a Swedish massage and if we wanted something different like a deep tissue massage that we would pay an extra $15 dollars each.  I decided to stay with the Swedish massage.  My wife opted for the deep tissue massage upgrade.  We both enjoyed our massages.  

The appointment went well. Staff were courteous and professional. The facility was clean and calm. The massage was done by Rachel who was wonderful.
