Description of Work: whole house service changes. updated electric to meet city code requirements for rental homes. added outlets in my older home that had too few. created outlet on outside front of my home--so I could plug in my wreath. ;-)

Description of Work: Finished basement. Shell Construction helped us to design and complete our finished basement within budget. Did an amazing job. Work was done efficiently and final product is beautiful. It's our favorite room in the house now! Later, we hired Shell Construction for additional work in kitchen and mudroom remodel. Also excellent and beautiful work!

Description of Work: This guy can do anything. He's a professional electrician but he has done many other handyman tasks. He installed my garbage disposal, garage door opener, ceiling fans, New hardware on my entrance doors, hung shelves, installed baseboard and fixed my leaking wash tub. He is very personable and has a wonderful smile.
