Installation went according to plan. The carpet we selected was perfect for our rec room. Guys were in and out according to schedule, cleaned up perfect. I would recommend Tim.

Provider was prompt and provided the highest quality workmanship! The area to be refinished was large (3 rooms), but floors were finished in three days, and results were beautiful. Dust and mess were kept to a minimum. Dave, the refinisher, was a perfectionist, and great to work with. Recommend this provider without reservation!

They were on time, started the repairs immediately, finished efficiently and cleaned up. They were professional, no nonsense and reasonably priced for their service.

We picked Tim and team based on their great reviews on Angie's list and their professionalism when they quoted the job. They didn't go through a big and quot;sales schpieland quot; with us but gave us all the information we needed to know to make our decision. We did have to follow-up to get the quote 3-4 days after the person came out, but as soon as we asked for it we got it. The prices were reasonable, not the highest and not the lowest we were quoted, but Tim seemed like he'd be easy to work with (which he was!) Tim was really good about helping us think through the timing and ensuring the work was completed during the couple of weeks we had before moving into our new home.
Because we hadn't moved in yet, we weren't home when any of the work was being done. Whenever we checked in after hours, things were tidy even when in the middle of the job. Throughout the process, Tim kept us up to date with some texts and even a photo or two. Whenever we called him he was able to get back with us within a day or so. We also appreciated that he used a power stretcher, which another company said wasn't possible. After the job, things seem clean and well-done. Also minimal to no scuffs on our newly-painted walls, which is great!
We are very pleased with the work and look forward to enjoying our new floors for years to come.

Very good overall experience. Somewhat slow getting started, but this was related to illness in Tim's family - not something that's able to be controlled. Once job began, very thorough, professional, and with no surprises.

We received several quotes for our project. We were impressed with Tim's knowledge and honesty, and selected him to complete our project. Tim came to the house with samples, ordered samples of different colors that were sent to our home, and the order process was smooth as could be. Tim was patient with us in that we had some work to complete on our stairs before the installation of the carpet could be completed and he was fine with the delay. Tim and his installers were pleasant and courteous. My husbasnd and I didn't like the look of one of our angled landing steps and put a call in to Tim. He explained the reason for the way the carpet was originally installed but said he'd re-install if we wished. He came out to redo the carpet within a week of the original install

, even though I had said we'd be fine if the work was completed within the month. We'll definitely call Tim in the future when we're able to replace other flooring.

My downstairs carpet was flooded due to a water heater and all the padding was removed. After the carpet was dry, I called Tim, he gave me an estimate over the phone to re-pad the area as well as re-stretch the carpet in the upstairs bedroom and hallway, and we set an appointment.
Due to unforseen circumstances, Tim was unable to make it on the scheduled time, but we rescheduled for first thing the next morning. Tim showed up on-time, apologized for not being able to make the previous appointment and went to work.
The work was done well, quickly, and with no issues or extra expense.
I would definitely call them again if I needed more work done.

Everything went great. They were on time and on schedule. They were very reasonable and did a great job.

The work was really good. It wasn't his fault, but he hit a water line under the wood floor. His work was great, though. I had to open up a homeowner's claim for it, and they're denying that he's responsible. It seems like more bad luck than anything.

We were very pleased with the work. I would recommend this company to friends or family.

The installer came to the home, assessed the job, measured, etc. I went to select a floor covering which he picked up from the store and set a date for installation. He came out to the home, installed a sub-floor and then the vinyl floor and did a beautiful job on the installation. After a time, I noticed several seams in the floor pulling apart and a piece of the vinyl coming off the step riser leading into the garage. I immediately called the installer and within a couple of days he came out to assess the situation. He looked as the seams and said that sometimes when not enough glue is applied the seam shrinks and the vinyl pulls apart so he said he would come back, take out the long strip of vinyl and re-install and re-glue. He even asked if I had saved the remnants that were left over so he could use it for the repairs and came down the basement with me to see how much vinyl was actually there for his use. When the date came for him to come back, he kept putting me off with excuses of having other jobs, or having plans with a family member, etc. I just got fed up one day and called and left a message saying, and quot;when you get done with your present job, could you find time to stop by before you go home and complete the repairs to my floor.and quot; I think he came that day or the day after with an and quot;attitude,and quot; did the repairs but not like he said he would do them, and left.

Tim was very personable. He came out to give us some recommendations
and an estimate at the time he said he'd be there. We needed the work
done within a week and he was able to get it done earlier than he
originally thought, which was a bonus. When they carpeted the stairs,
they didn't carpet the stringers, which I thought was odd, but thought it could have been a misunderstanding since there had been a few different recommendations. I didn't say
anything about it, but Tim noticed I didn't seem completely satisfied
and called me soon after he left, wondering if everything as okay. I told him about the stringers, and he insisted the misunderstanding was probably on his part. He sent out his guys to finish the stringers 2 days later, and everyone was happy. I appreciate that he noticed there was a potential problem and took steps to rectify the issue. Very professional.

Our dog threw up on our great room carpet and the stain would not come out. Tim came out and patched the carpet with an extra piece we had. It looks great and saved us from getting new carpet - our carpet is only 18 months old. Super nice guy and very happy with his work.

Tim was perfect for what we needed. We have a den that is on a concrete slab and gets very cold in the winter.

We pulled up the previously installed carpet and put down a mesh electric heating system between the carpet and pad, but the carpet needed to be restretched and attached to the tack strips again.

Tim worked around our schedule and did a great job at a very fair price.

I would definitely recommend using him for any flooring projects.

Tim was excellent. We had out of town family coming in on the weekend so he fit our job in after his regular hours so all would be ready for them. His work was excellent and he was very personable. He's absolutely at the top of my list for any future flooring needs.

Tim and Matt arrived on Tuesday as planned and installed the sub floor in the Great Room and Living room, after they installed the sub floor they installed the Hardwood and toe molding. The project took 4 days and it could not have gone better, Tim and Matt did a fantastic job and could not have been nicer. We would strongly recommend.

It went very well, extremely smoothly. No problems at all to report. He is professional, respectful and very easy to work with. He will be the first company I will call for future floor projects.

I loved the workmanship. Tim is really knowledgeable of his carpet and he educates his customers. He helped me to decide on the best carpet for my guests bedrooms based on the amount of traffic they receive. He taught me the difference between the carpets, quality and color, and how these things affect the price. I chose a shorter tighter woven fabric for the other bedrooms and the office. As for my bedroom, it was a very plush carpet, a higher length, with a soft back, it felt great. That one was a special order. I didn't mind because I was getting what I wanted. All my bedrooms are really large and for the size of the project, the color, and the type of carpet, it price just couldn't get any better. Oh, by the way, the color was black.
