They were a "great" team (Amber and Andrea), who were very thorough in their job. They were careful and mindful of legs on furniture that they had to work. These ladies were professional in the way that they carried themselves. I have requested this team permanently since our first time they came to clean. Good Job Team and I would recommend them highly for any home!

For someone like me who's always working or out of town, I don't want to spend my free time cleaning the house. Molly Maid is a great service.
The cost is high, but you are paying for not only cleaning, but that they are licensed and insured.

From receiving the estimate to job completed it's a fantastic experience. My house has never been this clean. Only downside was that the estimate was lower than the actual work being done.

They came a long way and performed an excellent job. I really, really recommend them as an A. They got on their hands and knees to make sure my home was clean. I was impressed that they cleaned the bathroom with a toothbrush. I can't say enough about them.

They were coming every other week to clean my home. They would make the beds but not get the cobwebs out of my half bath or stairway. Behind all the doors was never swept which means they were never mopped and they consistently skipped my finished basement and arrived at all times of the day. I could never know when they wouold show up and have been known to show up in the evening time as we are trying to have dinner. While they were only here an hour to an hour and 15, the work was poor.

I like to do things last minute, and I know I can always count on them. Everything is always clean, and it makes my life so much more pleasant. It forces me to be more thoughtful of clutter. They don't do anything with clutter, they just clean. Sometimes it takes them less than an hour, but when they leave all of the areas are very clean. I have an area in the living room where I stack my books, and they will straighten those. They fluff the pillows, and vaccum the couch cushions. They are people that I can really count on. They are extremely professional. They never mention anything about any other houses. They bring their own cleaning supplies and vaccum cleaner. The first week they came I wanted them to use a certain product that I had, and they did.

I was generally pleased with their cleaning. A few very small missed spots dusting, but nothing to get my knickers in a twist over. However, they broke my blinds and they were constantly dropping things on my hardwood floor. And I have not heard back from the company about replacing them.

They were very polite and on-time, but I felt that attention to detail was lacking. They should have dusted more nooks and crannies and inspected their work more. Also, they sent two people to do the job of 3 (I used them several months ago and they did send 3) and ended up having to bring another person in. It cost me DOUBLE what it did last time, so I think I will find a better solution, since I am not pleased with their resource planning.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH MOLLY MAIDS. SOMETIMES THEY ARE 15 MINUTES LATE, BUT THAT'S BECAUSE OTHER HOUSES TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED. THEY WORK QUICKLY AND DON'T MESS AROUND.
