John Huyck was referred from a friend. We previously had a bad experience with another realtor from a different company. We were a little apprehensive as we had been in our previous home for 30 years. John was very professional and attentive to the wants of the new home we would be purchasing. We only had to look at a few homes before we found the perfect one. All along the way, he guided us thru out the whole purchasing process(purchase agreement, home inspection , mortgage). John is very professional, courteous and attentive to the needs of his clients. My husband and I highly recommend him for all your real estate needs. A job well done, John. Thanks

Chris was referred to us from a friend of mine and we struck gold. We have used other realtors in the past and they always were more concerned with getting a deal done than is getting a good deal done. Chris was the opposite - he made us be patient while we searched for a perfect home for our family of five and he delivered. He was perfect at letting us form an opinion about a house but at the same time offering us great advice about a property. Throughout the dozens of homes we walked through - Chris helped us get educated about the current real estate market and when we were prepared to buy a house, we were 100% committed. In addition, his intimate knowledge of the area and the market were invaluable to getting a good deal for us in the end.

Overall, I'd recommend Chris and his team at Max Broock for anybody looking for a home in Oakland county.
