KSI Kitchen & Bath

All went great - KSI is excellent at the design and planning and ordering materials. Their installer was excellent as well.

On May 07, 2013, we went to the KSI Showroom in Livonia to look for new bathroom countertops and sinks.    At the showroom, Mr. Joe Peace provided outstanding service.    He explained to us that the granite countertops would require sealing every few months.    However, the quartz countertops are maintenance free.     Therefore, we chose to use the quartz ones.    Then, Mr. Peace took us to their displays, and showed us the different quartz countertop styles, and the sinks.    We selected the ones that we wanted.    On May 15, 2013, Blasius, Incorporated came to our house to take the template details.    On June 03, 2013, the installations were completed with NO ISSUES.

It went very well.

They did a great job.  They were very professional and they did super on my kitchen.  

This was an outstanding process from start to finish, and was completed in six weeks. Sabrina Yoder was our designer and she was wonderful from our first meeting on. She is a gifted designer and does an excellent job of listening to your needs and helping you translate them into reality. We were very fortunate that Sabrina/KSI assigned Al Spezia as our contractor. He is super experienced and a dedicated perfectionist, which means that every detail was executed beautifully. He is a master carpenter and he made the lower cabinet/drawer trim look like furniture. As painting was not part of the standard process, we added it, and Al did a great job. We were pleased with the amount of time it took, as we have heard from others that it has taken up to three months to completion with other Kitchen and Bath companies. I highly recommend KSI and would definitely use them again.
