JH Hart Urban Forestry

They exceeded my expectations. They had one of their many certified arborists give me an estimate and explain why the whole tree needed removal. During my talks with the work crew, I found out how JH Hart has invested in technology to make their work sites safer and more efficient. Their prices were competitive and the friendly crew cleaned up everything at the end of work. I would hire them again.

I?ve used them before for extensive tree trimming. I don?t think that they have completed it yet cause they?re gonna come and spray the birch and spray some trees.

Requested additional yearly trimming after 8 years of doing direct business and questioning waiting 10 weeks to get an appointment. Seems that questioning this caused a call stating they didn't want to do business with me. Very unfriendly company with an arborist who does not want to discuss anything with the client.

Guys were great. Showed up on time, professional, well organized and safe. Cleaned up yard as they went along. Did everything to spec. Qualified workers.

My neighbor referred me to JH Hart because he was having his own storm damaged tree removed and said this was the lowest of 3 bidders. I ended up finding Davey Tree service from Angies List and made an appointment with them that was two weeks out. The price was very comparable. As soon as JH found out we were both having trees removed the owner offered us each $50 off. They contacted me and said they were about three weeks out for appointments. I told them I was in a hurry and would keep my existing appointment with Davey that was very close in cost. The owner called back a second time that day and rearrange their schedule so he could remove our tree's the very next day! I was so pleased when this all came together.
The workers showed up on time and were very professional and personable. They started immediately and my tree, shrub, and stumps were gone within 2 1/2 hours. I watched them work through my office window and they had their job down to a science.
It's now close to two weeks later and the owner just called and left me a message that he is checking in to be sure if I was satisfied with everything, and to call him if I have any concerns, which I don't. That phone call prompted me to get online and write this review. A class act!

They came when the said they would. They did a fantastic job and have very good service. I feel like I got their best crew. They knew what they were doing and everything went great.

I have used this company several times before and have always had excellent service. My trees were not in too bad a shape but there was still enough work for them to be on site for over six hours. The crew were punctual and diligent and of course cleaned up well. Some of my trees are so tall they had to do some climbing to reach certain spots. The climber was well equipped and was obviously trained to do this safely.

Brian and his crew got to the house around 8:30 and commenced work on the trees. They did a combination of cherry picker work and climbing the trees in order to trim the branches. They did a great job trimming the trees and cleaned up the property so that you couldn't tell work had been done. I would use them in the future.
