"We actually only worked with Mr. [Member Name Removed] from 2011-2015. We did tree trimming for him 2 times in 2015 (totaling $2,215) . Previously all we performed on his property was Plant Health Care. The last time we spoke with Mr. [Member Name Removed] was in August of 2016 and our notes showed we declined to work with him again due to previous frustrations with cancelling work, not showing up for appointments and being inconsiderate on many different occasions. We felt Mr. [Member Name Removed] didn't value the time spent to accommodate him."
The workers showed up on time and were very professional and personable. They started immediately and my tree, shrub, and stumps were gone within 2 1/2 hours. I watched them work through my office window and they had their job down to a science.
It's now close to two weeks later and the owner just called and left me a message that he is checking in to be sure if I was satisfied with everything, and to call him if I have any concerns, which I don't. That phone call prompted me to get online and write this review. A class act!
