Fabulous work by Dave Force and his team. My smaller remodel was not in Dave's normal business of custom home building, but I was very happy to be the exception. I could not have been more pleased with the work. Dave is very talented and a great communicator. Dave partners with the best trades and contractors.

Dave Force went above and beyond my expectations in building my house. I was hesitant at first to use a builder because I received a lot of negative feedback from people that building a house was going to cause me more trouble than it was worth. It was just the opposite with Dave Force. He was patient, helped me make decisions, saved me money, and just overall gave me a very positive experience with building a house. He made it fun for me. I would recommend anyone to speak to him if you are even considering building a new house. He was the most sincere and trustworthy general contractor I have ever spoke with. Thank you.
