Quality workmanship, usually of similar (or better) quality than the dealership but at a reasonable but lower price. They both drop you off at the office while they work on your vehicle and then pick you up when your vehicle is done, which is convenient. Have only had one experience where I had to take the vehicle to the dealership because they weren't able to diagnose a fix to a problem, but it was a pretty unique electrical problem.
