My family has been coming to Dr. Scott for over 25 years. I now live in the Midland area and after multiple bad experiences with the treatment of my cats and dogs at other vets we have for the past 15 years driven back to Big Rapids and Dr. Scott for our pets. We trust no one else! You will not find a more considerate and loving staff. They always treat our pets like family, listening to any concerns we may have and providing us with options and answers. The staff is great about follow up as well, you can depend on them to contact you if additional information or questions are needed.

The Scott Family runs a super operation.  very professional and all of the latest gear. 

We had hip work done on one dog.  She is so happy now.  They have put down many of our older dogs over many years and very good about the process and send a sweet home made card afterwards.

We only board our animals there.  They take good care of them - lots of outside time - and seems like our dogs do not want to go home.

They also do grooming. They have three vets and a groomer and they are all very good. I will use them again in the future.

I have used this vet for many years and they are very competent and caring. They even accept snakes and other reptiles as patients and actually know about them. My pets will not be taken anywhere else.
