It went very well.  They were very professional and knowledgable.  They were on time and left no mess behind.

Exceptionally well, efficient and expedient. Owner and service reps were more than satisfactory in response and completing the work.

Although Angie's List warned me that there was a big demand for this Big Deal and that it may take some time to schedule, I had no problem getting scheduled quickly and conveniently. They were very polite, efficient, and professional. Very satisfied.

My sprinkler system had not been used in several years, due to receiving a huge water bill the last summer I used it.  So RAINMASTER came out and turned on the system, and tested each zone, and helped me re-program the controller.  They found a couple broken heads, and replaced them for a reasonable additional charge.  They were very courteous and professional, and did not make me feal pressured to buy anything extra.  I hope they offer another "$69 for Spring Sprinkler System Tune-Up/Opening!" deal next spring, as I would definately use them again to open my system, and repair the items that broke over the summer!

New sprinkler heads and sprinkler relocation were not a problem. Problem is that during their visit they also had to replace a leaking valve. They said they would come back the next day and reconnect, and since I was traveling that day I could not look at weather they did that or not. After 1 week of vacation I came back home to find that the newly planted grass in the backyard was no longer green. They never came in to reconnect the faulty valves, I made the mistake of paying the full ammount because I was traveling the next day and I expected they would be responsible based on previous Angie's list reviewes. It was a total dissapointment. I would certainly not recommend this if you cannot do some work by yourself, but if you are willing to do some of the work, and have the time, you might get a good deal.

I had them come out to repair a few heads that weren't working, and talked about the problems getting the entire back lawn covered. We discussed how to move some heads around and add a new zone with additional heads to get proper coverage. They came back later and performed all that work. Back yard is fully covered now, and they tweaked other areas so the heads were spraying better. I appreciated their input and their extra efforts.

An excellent experience. Technician called before leaving for the job, arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, did an excellent job of setting timers and ensuring all sprinkler heads were operating correctly.

Paul, owner, and Chris, 2nd in command, came out the first time in June to repair the system and start it up - we had lots of problems to address. Then another leak popped up and they came back to repair that and address other concerns about the layout. Our gardens had changes over time and we needed a revamp. Chris and his crew handled the last job - did a Fine Job!! They are finishing up next week. We are very pleased. Everybody has been super to work with.

Workers were very professional. They worked three hours in system without breaks. Explained every step of job task and any additional work needed was clear with me before work was done. Great job!!.

Although they had a very busy day and offered to come out another day for us, they managed to finish with us before dark which we greatly appreciated.  They showed us how to use our sprinkler system, adjusted the heads so they hit the best area, programmed the system, and fixed one of the heads that was damaged.  I will use them again in the future in a heartbeat and will recommend this company highly in the future.

Amazingly responsive and detail-oriented.  I noticed very saturated ground around our sprinkler outflow line on Sunday and, being unable to reach our usual sprinkler company, looked up other options on Angie's List.  I found Rainmaster and contacted them, and they were able to schedule me for a service window the next day (today).  The owner and his crew kept in constant communication with me throughout the day, explained the potential causes of the problem, and showed me the items that needed to be corrected.  In addition, they tested all of the zones several times and identified some other problems that our usual company had missed, including one head that was overgrown with grass and didn't pop up at all.  They completed all the work in a timely fashion and also gave me a very nice discount.  I was very impressed by both Paul (owner) and Chris (work leader), their attention to detail, and their commitment to restore the property to its previous state at the end of the job (i.e., clean up the mess).  I will definitely hire them again.

Overall good service. Slightly lower grade for punctuality, but they got lost (I live in Ann Arbor, not their hometown). They were able to come back to fix my system with parts, were accomodating for time, courteous, and friendly.

Very professional service experience. Always calls ahead so that I can make sure our dog is secure before arrival - very much appreciated..  Owner was present and was training a new technician today. This did not interfere with the level of service in any way, in fact it demonstrated that the owner has well trained employees.  

In addition to this service we also discussed future expansion of the system into an area to be landscaped in the near future.  Made suggestions as to type of equipment, discussed how long to run the system for various zones and plantings which was much appreciated.  Programmed the system for us in correlation to what we discussed.

I had Rainmaster Irrigation provide the sprinkler winterization service for my son-in-law.   I have had several different companies service my in ground sprinkler system and I can tell you that the service rep (owner) from Rainmaster was clearly much better than the rest....his interest, professionalism and recommendations will ensure that I will have him service our system from now on.

They are a good company.  I use them every year.  They come out on time and are flexible.  They worked around my work schedule, which was hard because I can’t be home by 6 or 7.  They are a family run business and are very reputable.  The reason I started with them is that they came recommended by someone else.  Their pricing is quite competitive.  The people that came lower were not of same caliber and quality.  They are definitely not the highest.  I feel like it is a good value for what you are getting because it is a very personalized service.  They give you a discount if you are repeating client and or if you are from the island of Pontiac.  They give Pontiac residents a $5 discount because they like to know that the community is keeping them in business.  I would recommend them over anybody.  I would use them again in spring.

Very prompt response, did not try to sell me extra things. Pointed out same sprinkler head problems that could wait until spring, and gave advice about how they could help it without replacing it. Very pleased!

I had to have my sprinkler system shut down and I also wanted to know, if there was a leak in the system as there was a hole in the backyard.  I went online and found their ratings and comments to be good.  I was very pleased with what they did.  They came within the time frame they told they would; infact they would have come out the same day I called, but due to time constraints I had to re-schedule them.  When he came he saw the area and said the leak was not because of the system and pointed out some things, that I need to address during the spring, when the system will be turned on.  He didn’t try to sell me anything additional, instead just shut the system down.  They showed up, looked professional, had the uniform on and looked very clean.  I feel I could have paid a little less for a system shut down, but I will still continue to use their services in future.

RainMaster was easy to contact and immediately made an appointment for the next morning as the weather is changing.  Paul set our appt and then advised me to wrap some exposed pipes overnight because the temperatures were dropping below freezing. He got two contact numbers, verified my address and gave me an approximate arrival time.

Today he arrived after first calling about 15 minutes in advance to advise me he was on the way, which is so appreciated as we have a large dog. He arrived promptly and did the service.  During the winterization process he made note of a sprinkler head that wasnt operating correctly and let me know that we needed some maintenance in the Spring. He also labeled the system water shut off valve. This is attention to detail very much appreciated as it is the first time we have had a sprinkler system and would not have known otherwise.  We will be in touch with them in the Spring for the maintenance and possibly some changes to our set-up that we are considering.

Very well, fast, efficient, professional.  I found this company on Angie's list and was not disappointed.  From the person scheduling the service date to the crew that performed the work, they were kind, curtious, and nice.  While shutting down the water supply to the sprinkers, they found a small drip - instead of insisting on replacing the valve, they suggest that we wait a few days and see if the dripping stopped - which it did, saving me unnecessary repairs.  Will use them going forward.
