"I actually remember this incident quite clearly, and also that the prospective customer was very appreciative that I would come out on a Sunday morning to provide an estimate. At the time, I was letting my receptionist set my appointments, and we were swamped. The only day I asked for no appointments to be set, was Sunday. There were two people with the same first name, [member name removed], who called within a couple of days of each other, and the messages had little more than a first name, city and phone number. I wanted to get to them in a reasonable time, so I broke my own rule and set them for the only time I wasn't booked. When updating my calendar, I thought I had covered all of the calls, and I had the wrong contact information assigned to the [member name removed] I had actually scheduled. I am sorry that I made that mistake. I do try hard to keep everything straight during our busy time, and I sometimes I do drop the ball. The member never tried to reach me to find out why the appointment wasn't kept, or else I could have apologized for the error, and maybe rectified the situation. I never had the opportunity to do that, because I didn't realize what had happened until I read the above review, and by that time it was too late."

"As the owner of the company, I want to apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred. I don't recall ever getting a complaint about our work and I think we delivered what we promised, for the estimated price. If you had called us upon your return from vacation, we would have responded immediately. Our policy is to act upon concerns, like yours, within 24 hours."

"Really? As I recall, we repaired the system to the extent possible, and followed the directions of the customer precisely. We were sympathetic that the customer had bought the house, thinking the system would work on the well water, but the well would plug up after a period of time, and lose pressure. We didn't even charge for all of the work we did, and suggested they do what their neighbors had done, which was convert their irrigation system to city water. The wells simply didn't produce enough water to make the system work properly. When the member called to complain about the poor pressure, I, the owner, personally returned to offer my expertise. We charged nothing for our time spent on the return trip, and the member apparently didn't appreciate our excellent customer service."
