They were extremely prompt and  professional.  They did good work.

Very prompt response, did not try to sell me extra things. Pointed out same sprinkler head problems that could wait until spring, and gave advice about how they could help it without replacing it. Very pleased!

I had to have my sprinkler system shut down and I also wanted to know, if there was a leak in the system as there was a hole in the backyard.  I went online and found their ratings and comments to be good.  I was very pleased with what they did.  They came within the time frame they told they would; infact they would have come out the same day I called, but due to time constraints I had to re-schedule them.  When he came he saw the area and said the leak was not because of the system and pointed out some things, that I need to address during the spring, when the system will be turned on.  He didn’t try to sell me anything additional, instead just shut the system down.  They showed up, looked professional, had the uniform on and looked very clean.  I feel I could have paid a little less for a system shut down, but I will still continue to use their services in future.

RainMaster was easy to contact and immediately made an appointment for the next morning as the weather is changing.  Paul set our appt and then advised me to wrap some exposed pipes overnight because the temperatures were dropping below freezing. He got two contact numbers, verified my address and gave me an approximate arrival time.

Today he arrived after first calling about 15 minutes in advance to advise me he was on the way, which is so appreciated as we have a large dog. He arrived promptly and did the service.  During the winterization process he made note of a sprinkler head that wasnt operating correctly and let me know that we needed some maintenance in the Spring. He also labeled the system water shut off valve. This is attention to detail very much appreciated as it is the first time we have had a sprinkler system and would not have known otherwise.  We will be in touch with them in the Spring for the maintenance and possibly some changes to our set-up that we are considering.

Very well, fast, efficient, professional.  I found this company on Angie's list and was not disappointed.  From the person scheduling the service date to the crew that performed the work, they were kind, curtious, and nice.  While shutting down the water supply to the sprinkers, they found a small drip - instead of insisting on replacing the valve, they suggest that we wait a few days and see if the dripping stopped - which it did, saving me unnecessary repairs.  Will use them going forward.

This company offered a Big Deal on Angie's List for winterization of a lawn irrigation system.  I had purchased it online and before I could print the confirmation page from the purchase they had called me to set up an appointment.  They said that they were in the area and were over to perform the service within a couple hours.  They did a good, quick, and efficient job.  The gentlemen that I spoke with was very professional.

One of our sprinkler zones would not shut off. We called our usual company, but they couldn't get us an appointment for 2 weeks, so we found Rainmaster on Angie's List. Not only did Rainmaster send someone within a couple of days to replace the broken pump, they also adjusted a couple of heads and replaced one to improve our watering results. They squeezed us in during the evening, which was very convenient.

Called and spoke with Paul yesterday (Monday). Explained I needed to winterize my sprinklers and that a part had broken due to the cold snap we had resulting in water rushing out of the pipe that leads to the side of the house. The cost to winterize my sprinklers (7 zones) was $65 as compared to another competitor at $50 (who didn't call me back until late in the day). However, Paul was very responsive explaining that he would like to come out as soon as possible because the temperatures were about to drop again (Wednesday) and he was concerned about the situation I had. He assured me that he carried extra parts with him and explained the potential cost of the part(s) up front ($40+). In addition, Paul encouraged me to price the parts out on my own so that I would feel comfortable. I felt his honesty, promptness, and concern were worth the higher price. We scheduled an appointment for the 10am-12pm window for today (Tuesday). He asked for at least 2 phone numbers to contact me so he could let me know when he was on his way. He called at 10:15am, arrived 5 minutes later, and was done with the job in 30 minutes. So, for $15 more, who cares. He was so easy to work with and he saved my pipes!

I like their price. I was using another irrigation company. However, when they hiked their prices, I switched to Rainmaster Irrigation.

I have used them for years and am very pleased with them. They communicated very well. They called to say they thought they would be late, but they still arrived and were gone in the time frame originally given. I really appreciate that.
