I usually have to call them for it the system itself is relatively maintenance free the filter that you use for filtering the air is a stationery device it's not something that you would replace you remove it vacuum it and then wash it thoroughly and reinstall it oh know they owner do that them self. They've come out for service if I had a problem let's say the humidifier system I think that was once initially there were some changes that they made as far as the computer system that works on it but that was all under the warranty of the unit. They didn't charge us for anything like that.

They are really outstanding; I have been very fortunate. They have just been outstanding on warranty work. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.
