Milan and Jovan were awesome. Great sales people, very patient as we choose our counters. Installers were not as good. Late for initial template appointment and had to call. Ran out of correct color caulk while installing so used clear instead which revealed a very noticable gap between backsplash and countertop. Jovan was great in making sure this was addressed and fixed properly. I feel the installers should have done the right thing and went and got the correct caulk to finish the job - but in the end Milan and Jovan made it right.

Proshop Building Products did the original install when we built the house almost 7 years ago. We were well pleased with their work, service, attention to detail and quality. I have never even heard of a sink just falling out. Something was weird.
I first called them about noon on Friday to explain my predicament. They wondered if we wanted them to come out right away. We had other sinks so did not consider it an emergency. By the end of the day Friday we had an appointment for first thing Monday morning. When Monday morning arrived we were anxious for them to arrive and figure out what happened. When they were not going to arrive at the scheduled time, I received a call letting me know they would be a few minutes late. They arrived and went straight to work. We do have an oversize, commercial grade kitchen sink. Still, they could think of no reason why this would happen. They soon discovered that the wood on the back of the cabinet had been cut to accommodate the plumber's install of the faucets. Over the years the weakened cabinet structure just gave way and when that happened the sink dropped down still properly attached to the wood. They undid all the plumbing, disposal and removed the damaged wood and attached the sink mounting hardware directly to wall studs. They then reinstalled the sink, sealed the under-mount and reattached all the plumbing and disposal. They saved me a bunch by not having to call a plumber to disconnect and reconnect stuff. They cleaned everything up as if they'd never been here.
Given all the work they had to do, I was surprised but very happy with a bill of only $165. I though it would be more. We'll build again and we'll definitely be using this company. They are fine, professional, friendly people who really get customer service. I can enthusiastically recommend them without reservation.

Sales person and owner were both very responsive.  The arrived 5 minutes before they said they would be here and finished an hour ahead of their estimated time.  They were diligent about keeping dust and debris to a minimum.  Seaming of the granite pieces is excellent and they explained their processes and how they were doing the installation in detail.  Highly pleased with every aspect of the project.
