Paul hired the person to plant 6 arborvitae..one planted crooked and two over my property line, three died and no response back after he promised to replant 3 more where the dead ones were. No soil amendment, no mulch applied after planting and the roots appeared diseased when I pulled them out. They were over 5 feet tall trees when planted and did not last a year. Paul failed to follow through with his promise to guarantee his work. Would not recommend.

I found Paul through Home Advisor and he promptly contacted me for planting of 6 arborvitae a year ago. We discussed the plan of where to plant the trees and my property line is marked clearly with stakes. I returned home to see two of the trees were planted over the property line and one was planted crooked. This job was obviously done by someone who does not know how to plant trees. Three died and when i took them out this spring the sandy poor soil was not amended , not mulched and the roots never established growth. I contacted Paul two times to see if he guaranteed his plantings and he said he would but I have now waited 4 months and he has not followed through. I could have done better to go to Home Depot myself and purchase there and correctly amend the soil and mulch for 1/4 the price rather than who Paul hired to plant incorrectly and save time and aggravation. Would not recommend.

I'm very happy with the work.

Paul did what he said he would for the price quoted. There were some unexpected changes so the time frame needed to be adjusted. He gets high marks for listening and adjusting his services accordingly. Paul will be back at the end of the growing to complete the project - trimming seasonal grasses and some fall trimming.

The lawn was torn up by a backhoe during a excavation job. There was some river rock fill that was also disturbed at the same time. Bergman filled and leveled the river rock, filled in the ruts and depressions in the lawn, seeded it and covered it with straw to prevent the birds from eating the seed. The yard looks good now.
