I would never use them again because they are just arrogant and just terrible. I wanted to buy a filter there and have someone install it and they told me to look there. They wanted to sell me the same filter that is not used anymore. I was so upset with them because twice I purchased the pool cleaner from them and every single year at the end of the season it never worked. I had to take it in for repairs and it was always between $300 and $400. They repaired it once and then it stopped, so I took it in and they said that it was the motor. I will never go there again and not even to buy pool chemicals. They were terrible and I had a very bad experience. When I walk in there, they seem to be a little arrogant and considering what my needs were. I just bought a new pool sweep and it is a different company. I was just so very upset with them.
