About us
We are one of the only restorers left in this area. We are a Lladro authorized repair center with the ability to obtain authentic Lladro replacement parts. There are 7 employees on staff. We get referrals from some of the best known museums, art appraisers, jewelers and historical societies in the area. We are on our second and third generation of clientele and receive shipments from all over the United States. Each piece is evaluated on a case by case basis and is quoted according to how much is damaged and how much needs to be recreated. We love a challenge. Even if the item cannot be restored as original we can usually come up with a creative solution to give it a second life and an interesting new chapter in its history.

"It's always disappointing to hear someone was left unhappy. Our silver replating has a twenty five year warranty for normal wear. If the plating was unsatisfactory,we could easily have had it reprocessed. Sometimes, with older pieces, there can be pitting and damage in the base metal that may still show to some degree. Without knowing fully what the problem was, we would be just speculating on what can be done. We are a service oriented company, we always hope our customers leave happy or are comfortable enough with us to share their concerns."
