It went well. Repair was completed while I waited - quickly and efficiently.

They were prompt and fast.

The work went very well. Unlike many auto glass shops in the area, Henderson will work on classic cars. I stopped by their shop earlier in the week to set an appointment, and their store manager Seth arranged one several days later, when their technician familiar with classic cars would be working. This particular windshield was difficult to locate, and so I ordered one and delivered it to their shop for installation. The work itself took less than 3 hours, and the windshield was very nicely installed. I highly recommend them for classic car windshield work. I suggest potential customers to check the Henderson Glass website for coupons, as they are not duplicated here.

The inside rear-view mirror of my 1990 Chrysler LeBaron convertible fell off and was dangling by the electrical wires. My and quot;go-toand quot; auto repair guy suggested that I take it to an Auto Glass place and henderrson, who's been in business as long as I remember, came immediately to mind. I went in and asked if they could perform the repair, expecting to make an appointment. They said and quot;sureand quot; and asked for my keys. They were able to do it right then. (Of course, I know it's not rocket science to glue something to the windshield, but I was happily surprised they'd do it immediately.) About twenty minutes later, they came back and told me it was done. Reaching for my wallet I asked and quot;how much?and quot; and quot;No charge,and quot; they said. and quot;Really?and quot; and quot;Sure. Just remember us when you need auto glass services.and quot;
Well, I promised I would and I'll be taking my LeBaron in for the right rear window motor and regulator replacement in the next few days. It's rare that I feel as comfortable getting such services for my 24-year-old pervertible. I'll be reporting the results.

We contacted Henderson to get an estimate for cost and timing of a windshield replacement. The customer service was very friendly and helpful, and they gave us the information right over the phone. They helped us schedule an appointment and accommodated our schedule. On the day we took the vehicle in, they were ready and it took only about 1.5 hours to do the repair and get us on our way. Everything went smoothly, the repair quality was excellent, and there were no issues that caused us to return. Overall a very positive experience!

reasonably well - I needed to take in the window unit for them to measure, and then reinstall the old one while waiting for the new sealed unit to arrive. The screens were ready when the window was completed (about two weeks total).

They had some good products and they knew their products. The installation was slick.

They were great, very good and prompt. We got the last repair within a couple of weeks. They were responsive. They sent someone out right away. They gave us an estimate and explained that it would take about ten days to order the custom made glass piece which is an LED window and energy efficient window. It really insulates well. It was a great service and we appreciated them coming out.

The price was lower than I expected.

Ordering was simple, I just went to their location on Woodward to do it. I ordered a less common color of storm door, so I had to wait two weeks for it to arrive, but I expected that. Once it arrived we scheduled the installation right away. The installers were courteous, and finished the job quickly. It's been about a year and a half and the door still looks just as good as when it was installed.

We had a very bad recent experience with the Henderson Glass on Carpenter Road in Ann Arbor (installation of glass shower doors that have never worked right and they would never fix), so I would not be willing to use this company again. I do not have recent experience with the Berkley location.

This is the second half round window they replaced. They did a great job both times. They were quick and efficient. They were professional and did great work. we would hire them again.
