Guaranteed picked up the sideboard from my mother's house and transported it to the shop. The work took about 4 months but considering the repairs needed and the condition of the sideboard, that was not unreasonable. The finished product is beautiful! This sideboard belonged to my great-grandmother. I trusted Guaranteed to restore it and they really came through. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They had to do redo one little item but other than that it looks good. They were a little pricey and have very specific hours when I can drop or pickup.

It was a 30 year old teak set that I love and wanted to bring up to date with a darker finish. They did a fantastic job. I am totally satisfied with how it turned out. The people were easy to deal with. The only negative is how long it took. The pieces were picked up on Jan 21 and were delivered on Apr 22. This may not be the case with all items. Be patient, it's worth it. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent work. My husband is VERY particular, but they even satisfied him! The Antique Office Chair had belonged to his grandfather and needed major work restoring caster mounts and making it stable. It's beautiful now. The Eams chair was promoted to the living room after the work was completed. It looks great and you'd never know it was as old as it was.
Staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. They take the time to answer your questions completely. It's obvious they do beautiful work -- you should see some of the very unique pieces that people trust to them -- treasures from around the world.

I have a mid century ranch. I had these like George Jetson stools that are bolted to the floor! They look like early 50's, 60's what they thought was going to be the future. They are really cool, bolted to the floor. These people reupholster and work on furniture. So they reupholstered all these things. My decorator wanted. They didn't work more. She found me a little guy in a corner somewhere that would rework all these stools. I mean he's doing it out of his house. That's how good this guy was. He's phenomenal! it took a long time but you have to be patient. One of the nice things is, here in Michigan, you can go to a local design center and pick out your fabric so you don't have to just stick with what they have. You can actually go to the design center and pick out what you want on your furniture. Their services include restoration of fine furniture; repair, refinishing, upholstery and cleaning. I actually have a quote with him right now!

They pick up my furniture without me having to go all the way and dropping it off with them. They have not updated me on anything so far and they are scheduled to call me next Tuesday which would be four to six works since they have taken my furniture. I have seen some of their work in the past including the work they performed on my daughters rocker which has been fantastic. I do not have an idea how their pricing stands out in comparison to their competitors but I know they perform good quality work which is why I chose them. From what I heard through word of mouth about them from other people, I am satisfied with them. They were responsive when I called them out for an estimate and they gave it to me free of cost. They were here when they said they were going to be both for the estimate as well as the pick of my furniture. I would use them again in the future if their quality turns out to be as good as I was told it was.
