Nye Plumbing & Heating

Mike from Nye was on time and very pleasant. As I stated before I was under the impression from another plumber that I had a much more complicated job. Mike told me it was a simple loose and leaking drain. I had a leak free tub within 40 minutes of his arrival. Awesome job!! And I found a new plumber!! Thank you Nye!!

Nye performed the work when they said they would, they were clean and professional and did everything very well.  We were extremely pleased with their responsiveness and quality of the work.    We would highly recommend Nye!   And we've used them again when we needed some bathroom work done.

We called the business and they called us back within an hour and scheduled an appointment within 45min. The repairman was here in the time he stated and fixed the unit within an hour. We are so pleased to have had professional service.

I had purchased a new toilet that Ken was going to install. The one I purchased would not fit. As I had some significant time constraints ( this is our vacation home ) , Ken purchased one that would fit and had the project completed before we arrived for our vacation. I am extremely pleased with Ken's responsiveness, professionalism and the quality of his work.

Overall, they were professional, informative and nice. I contacted Ken Nye on February 16, 2012. He responded the next day. I gave him the details of what I needed and when I needed them. I received a complete, detailed estimate on April 2nd and an acceptable date for the installation. I had asked another company for an estimate but received no response, so I went with Ken.
I though they were late on Monday morning, but I forgot that Ken had said that they do paper work on Monday mornings. They arrived right on time.

They are reliable and personable. They are fair with their pricing. They are good people to work with.

I have used Nye Plumbing and Heating several times over the past few years.Most recent service provided was moving my washer and dryer to a location that needed new plumbing and venting to make it work. Other services they have done for me include installing a whole house tankless hot water system, installing a shower and toiler, routine furnace inspection, and adding an air conditioner and dehumidifier to existing furnace. They have also responded promptly when I need repairs done on an emergent basis.
I cannot say enough good things about this business. They give written estimates promptly and follow through with prompt, efficient and expert service. There are other businesses in the area that may charge less, but none that offer better value or service!

I am glad to say that Nye's did an excellent job of installing the three furnaces. They were timely and got the job done when they said they would and had enough skilled staff to do the job right. Do you wonder why I go to them again and again when I need
plumbing services. Their prices are reasonable and they don't send inexperienced people out on the job. I get the work
done on schedule by real plumbers at prices I can live with. There's not much more I could ask. Ken Nye is and quot;myand quot; plumber.
He offers service in our Frankfort, Beulah area but also helps us in the Traverse City area, which is about 40 miles from
here, when necessary. We have a rental house there which he helps us maintain.
