They came out the next day, inspected the basement, and advised me on the mold and mildew remediation process, cleaning procedures utilizing HEPA filters and non-caustic, green cleaning products to capture and kill the spores, and testing procedures to maintain a safe environment. Without ServPro I would have been at a loss and could have put myself and my family at risk if it weren't for their expertise. Special thanks to Buck for the excellent communication throughout the entire process!

It took them just short of two days to complete all of the treatment.  The owner of the business came out with the crew, evaluated the job approach and explained what they planned to do and what we should expect.  He also made a commitment to come out in the spring to reassess the situation.  They were great in explaining their procedures and answering all questions.
Also, we had another company come out and encapsulate the space and dehumidify it.  The second company mentioned several times that they were impressed with the quality of the job that Servpro did based on the before photos they saw.
