When I found a flaw the owner had no problem at all fixing it without any questions asked and made sure the issue was resolved and I was very satisfied with the finished work.

"You are not being truthful. In order to fix what your daughter messed-up we would have had to paint over ceiling, doors, and trim in which you was not willing to pay for. We did an Excellent job painting what you paid for. Sorry! We do not paint for free!"

Tim seems sincere and professional but. He started late everyday. He partially completed the project and then stopped. After his repeated assurances that he would be back to finish I had to hire a different contractor to finish the project. Tim was paid $3,000 for 50% completion though he only did about 30%. My bad.

I apologize for you having to get someone else to finish your project, but you and I both know the rooms that were finished were professionally painted, and if you really believe they were not I will give you your money back. I do not want your money if I did not earn it. That is not how I do business. So just tell me where to send the check."

They were quite responsive and did a nice job painting before we moved in. Told us they were done and we paid in full only to learn the job was not complete. After several message exchanges to coordinate completion, they went silent and we have not heard from them in weeks.

"Alex, I truly apologize for not returning and taking care of those few areas that needed attention, but the bout with COVID-19 was longer than expected--plus two of my workers did not return after their bout with the virus. I am back at full strength and my workers are ready to go. If you have not gotten it taken care of already, I can send my guys over there whenever you have time. If it is already been taken care of please send me that bill and I will reimburse you for having to come out of your pocket again."

Excellent work at s reasonable price. He arrived on time and did not mind when I continually added jobs to the original plan. He patched drywall and made my kitchen, basement, front porch all look like brand new. I would hire him again.
