The gentlemen I first worked with was transferred to a different department during the planning process. Having someone new take over really set us back and also caused some miscommunication problems. When the contractor came to install the cabinets, he noticed they were all the wrong size and needed to be sent back. The old ones were already removed, and it took about a month to get the replacement cabinets. I had no kitchen for a month. It was terrible.
