I scheduled an appointment, dropped my car off at the appointed time... they had to lengthen the estimated time due to delivery of a bad part from one of their suppliers. They got another part (a good one) and had my car done for me in 2 days.

They had good prices of rental vans. We rented it for a road trip. The van was very nice. It worked out well.
