Service man showed up on time. Removed old door and track and installed the new door and opener. I was surprised that only one man showed up but he didn't need any help and he cleaned up all debris from the job. The new door fits very well and it is very quiet

It went just like they said it would, even though it was a very cold day. The door works as expected and every aspect of the installation looks perfect - so it appears to be a high quality job. The only glitch was that we were billed for an amount that did not include a discount that we had agreed to. When I saw the bill I called and they immediately acknowledged the mistake and said a check would be in that day's mail. It must have been because we got the check two days later.
