Chris was very courteous and professional. We set up a time early in the week and he called the morning of to let me know they were on the way. Not many business owners will do that so I was impressed. Very prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced.

He worked very hard on the cleaning but the carpet remained wet for days, especially the stairs.

I wasn't satisfied with my carpet. It was a rush job. When dried it did not look like it had been shampooed at all.

The company was very professional. Called before coming out. Did their job and we're very neat. I would most certainly use them again. My carpet looks like new. Spots I never thought would come out are gone. Very happy with this company.

Chris did a terrific job on both of my bedrooms' white carpets and the four upholstered chairs that needed cleaning. Definitely recommend!!

Easy to work with

I highly Recommend Chris Blough and Blough's Carpet & Furniture Cleaning and Restoration. A five star rating is not enough for Chris and his company. They deserve 10 stars! We had a sump pump fail 2/21/18 and flood our basement. Chris answered his phone on a Sunday, came out to give us an estimate the next day, offered his expertise and plan of attack and started work the next day. I have never worked with such a friendly, professional and knowledgeable contractor that worked around our schedules to complete the job from start to finish. Very flexible and works with insurance companies.
