They said they are not in the blind business anymore. They had a very expensive machine and it broke down. They had to replace it and I had blinds cleaned there before. I spent about $125 for the last service. The owner comes out personally and does the work. I think he has a worker with him, but I have never seen anybody other than the owner. The carpets look fine. I have used them maybe 3 or 4 times. I am pretty confident with his work. I like the fact that he doesn’t drag in a lot of equipment. I wouldn’t have called him back if I wasn’t happy with him. He comes when he says he is going to come. He is thorough and neat. There is no water slopped all over the place. He does a good job. He is a very good man. I would definitely use his services in the future too.
