Mark gave an estimate, gave us the receipts for the parts he required to do the job. He did not earn much at all and said that if the gutter ever leaks, to just call him and he will fix it. It seems that placing the gutters where he did took care of our wet basement problem. No leaks even when we got a terrible downpour not many days after he installed the gutters. He genuinely cares about the job he does because it reflects on him personally and he wants to keep a good reputation out in the community.
