 + -1 moreGround was not level. I mentioned 5 times it did not look level while they were still here and was ignored. . When shed was delivered and put up it was a foot off the ground in the front while on the ground in the back. Brent did not respond to my phone calls or emails to try and resolve. I finally took him to small claims court. He refused the certified summons letter and eventually had to be served personally. Judge ruled against him. He has defied the court order and not paid me yet. I have had to file more court action to get my money..

 + -1 moreThey showed up when the snow fell, and were quick and effecient with the plowing.
Description of Work: I used Lawn Ranger for snowplow service at our rental property, for the first time in the winter of 2011/12. They did a fine job, and I had no complaints, nor did our renters. The plowing was done promptly when needed and done well. I have called them again and am using their services again for 2012/13. Their price is slightly higher than a couple other snow services in our area, but I was pleased with them so I am glad to rehire for this season.

Description of Work: I was out of the Lawn Rangers area and they went the extra mile to refer another compnay and followed up with me personally. They are class acts and went above and beyond.

 + 0 moreBrent and his crew do an excellent job, and are cautious and thorough. We have had no reason to complain about cost or quality of service. I highly recommend.
Description of Work: Serviced used: Lawn mowing, snow removal, chain link gate replacement. Lawn Ranger has been an excellent provider of lawn maintenance and mowing for the last year. They are a family-owned local business that responds quickly and performs well. We have a fenced back yard with a 4' wide swing gate. For a small cost, they replaced this gate with a 6' wide swing gate so that thier mowing equipment could get back there. They did an excellent job, and took extra care to replace the pet wire along the bottom of the gate entry so our small dog couldn't get out. They also perform snow removal for us this year and have done a terriffic job with the few times that we did have enough snow this year.

 + -1 moreOur neighbor contracts this company to do their snow plowing. Thru the course of the winter of 06/07 we had 2 or 3 plows of stones deposited in our front yard, 2 railroad ties, and our drive was 1/2 blocked off when they plowed the neighbors. I contacted them and they stated they would be out when the snow melted to clean things up but we have not seen them yet. I feel their professionalism is very poor and they didn't take the time to do good work.
Description of Work: Poor work, work that was hurried and no respect for the people that lived around their client.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY COME TWO TIMES A WEEK AT THE SAME TIME. THEY DO A GREAT JOB ON OUR LAWN. THEY WORK VERY HARD TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO KEEP THE LAWN GREEN.
