It is not entirely the installer fault. I hired a man to seal a large window with a bad draft with shrink wrap. There still is a draft and the plastic is not really tight. I think it could also be my front door. He did the job I asked him to do. I asked if he did any demo work and he said he did I showed him the project, and I just wanted a ballpark figure he took a few pictures and said he would call me back. He never did. Just wish he would have said no when I 1st asked. Other than that its ok.
