The Pack Ratz sent a text promptly with a quote which they honored without any bargaining/complaining. The guys showed up and I was dubious about the size of their trailer, but they spent 3 hours breaking down the boxes and removing packing material, to fit them plus the treadmill and a bunch of other junk easily. They were friendly throughout and had a real can-do professional attitude. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
