They did a good job, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. We paid 50% down in August of 2019 for work to begin in November 2019. I *had* to call asking when they would be out only to be told that they are down a crew and would not be out until March 2020. March 2020 comes, I *had* to call again to see when they would be out, end of March. Then Coved hit. I *had* to call again to see when they would be out. The job was finally completed in July 2020, almost a year after they took my money.

This was such a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend that anyone ever use this company. I signed the contract in March and they didn't start the project until mid May. New Beginnings Restoration kept putting off the project. Two very young guys finally showed up to do the work. There were a few times that I had problems with them. They were smokers and I asked that they not drop their cigarettes on my lawn. They discarded cigarettes all over my yard. I called the owner and told him I don't want these individuals to come back. They sent a different guy out and he finished the job. I was charged for things that I didn't get such as wood. They didn't replace the wood and just put up the siding. I spent $750.00 on wood that was never used. I asked the owner about this and he gave me a credit of $375.00. They placed all of the material on my lawn it burnt the grass up in 2 different spots. The material was on the lawn for about 3 weeks. New Beginnings said they wouldn't do anything to fix the lawn. I had disagreements with them several times and the owners wife even got involved and told me off.

From the time I received my contact from the office all the way to making the final payment, New Beginnings was professional and efficient. I was very confident in their workmanship and the foreman on my house was awesome! He let us know what their plan was and followed through just as he said. If I were to get any more home improvement projects I would without a doubt call this company. At the end of my project they even sent a Thank You email, this really made me and my wife feel even more better about spending our money with New Beginnings Restoration.
