hardwood floor
 + -1 moreThey delivered the materials a few days before construction started. They said the job would be completed in one week and they were correct. They arrived Monday morning as scheduled and worked each day until the job was completed on Friday afternoon. They were very careful with our furniture and artwork. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Midwest Carpet just installed hardwood floors throughout our 2-bedroom ranch condo. They obtained materials to match the existing hardwood flooring they installed in our entry and kitchen in 2006. They installedf the new hardwood so that it looks as the two projects were completed at the same time. They also installed new base molding throughout. They moved all large furniture in and out of all the rooms..

 + -1 moreThey are flexible and fantastic to work with. They did a spotless job on my white sectional. They aim to please; if there are any problems they come right back out. I would refer anyone to them. They have great specials too! I just love these people. To clean the sectional was $149 and to clean the carpet of the house was $79, which are both great prices.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet for the whole house for us. They also cleaned our furniture.

 + 0 moreWe have purchased carpet from Midwest Carpet in the past and went back to them again because their installation is top-notch. Not only do they take the time to get us the best price possible, but they really took into account the details of the installation, the type of pad that would be appropriate, etc. They were punctual and did a fantastic job. Nice to see the company owner out working in the field having that one-on-one interaction with his customers. A great family-owned business that I will go back to for all of my carpet needs!
Description of Work: We purchased carpet from Midwest Carpet and had it installed in both our home and a rental property that we own. We have also had Dean do all of our carpet cleaning since we moved into our house. This guy is a genius at everything carpet related! He was able to get nail polish out of my light-colored carpet (thanks to my four year-old!) as well as other difficult stains. He did a great job cleaning our slate floors in the basement too. A great one-stop shop!

 + -1 moreThey came to measure and were very polite and nice. They helped us to decide how to finish our basement so that it didn't cost a fortune. I went to their small store in Livonia and they had a lot of choices. I got a beautiful Shaw frieze upstairs and a thick plush for the basement. They beat other companies by several hundred to $1,000. It is 2 guys that do it all. The only thing they don't do that I wish was done was vacuum after installation. Otherwise, everything was done in about 4 hours.I had a friend that mentioned she priced out carpet for her basement and it was ridiculous so I told her to go here and she purchased carpet the same day. I would definitely recommend them.
