LINZELL HOME IMPROVEMENT

After agreeing to the quote and making a deposit the special gutter guards were ordered. Linzell contacted me when the material arrived and scheduled an install date. The day before the installation there was a request to change the date to something later, but my schedule did not allow for a later date. The workers did arrive later in the morning than initially scheduled, but the job was still done the same day by late afternoon. A crew of three worked very quickly and efficiently. I was contacted a couple of times to approve some minor options and received an explanation of the heater I had installed by a back entrance. It didn't rain for at least a week or more after the install so I couldn't observe how well they worked. The Master Shield product appears to do what it is supposed to do. The installation went as well as can be expected. Great crew and great job.

Linzell provided a quote for MasterShield gutter guard which has been rated and tested as one of the best gutter protection available. The gentleman who came out to provide a quote was timely and provided a thorough explanation of how all the work would be performed. I received a written quote for the work. After getting two other quotes I decided to go with Linzell. Their quote was not the lowest nor the highest however they provided the most thorough explanation of how the work would be completed and it was clear that they knew the product and installation needs. I faxed in my confirmation to have the work completed and received a call that evening. I was told that the work would be scheduled within two to three weeks and that I would get a call confirming the time. Within the week I was called and was able to have the work installed the next day. The installation crew was a bit late (30 minutes) from what I was initially told but this was my only issue. The crew cleaned out the gutters, re-inforced where necessary and installed the MasterShield product. The work was completed by 1pm that day. The crew was very careful around my landscaping and cleaned up all debris after installation. A great team.
