The price was reasonable, because they've been here before. They do the job, they do it quickly at a reasonable cost. It took about 15 minutes to complete the job. Their communication and interactions were fine. I think he did everything I expected and more.

Haven't seen an ant since about 3 days after spraying inside and out. Saw lots of dead ants on anthills, too. Only issue was after the initial speaking with JC, he said he would call me back and never did. I had to call again to schedule.

Carpenter ants. Sprayed in and out. Haven't seen an ant inside since 3 days after treatment. Lots of dead ants outside on ant hills.

EXCELLENT - - would hire again in a heart beat. While he was inspecting he told us we had another pest problem, and said he would return in the spring to treat the second problem (best time to treat for ants I guess).

I have been using this company for about 4 years. I always get great service from this provider. He uses pet safe products. He never tries to sell me services or products I don't need. He is honest and punctual.

THEY SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY AND SPRAYED. MANY OTHER BUG PEOPLE SAID THAT IT WAS TOO LATE IN THE YEAR AND THAT SPRAYING WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. HONEY SAID THAT THEIR TREATMENT WOULD WORK AND IT DID, THEY ALSO SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK IF I NEEDED THEM TO RETREAT AND ITS BEEN ABOUT 5 MONTHS AND NO BOX ELDER BUGS.

JC arrived on time as scheduled and I had forgotten he was coming! JC called immediately and I didn't return the call for 30 minutes. When I called, he was so pleasant and understanding. I apologized and JC couldn't have been more gracious about my mistake.
This is my second time using Honey Pest Control. Last time (2-3 years ago), he dropped what he was doing to come and help us with a bees 'nest that had broken into our house. He was there in 15 minutes of the call and took care of the problem immediately. I would highly recommend JC because of his professionalism, pleasant demeanor and honesty!

This is the second time we've used Honey Pest Control. Mr. Honey, the owner, was very quick with returning phone calls and with response times in both instances.The first time, he removed large wasp nests from a tree and our roof area. This time he dusted a large nest that was in the wall. We've been extremely pleased with this company. Prices are reasonable, and he did a thorough job of explaining exactly what he was doing and why. He did an excellent job and I would recommend and use this company again.

The service visit took approximately 30 minutes yesterday afternoon, and this morning after the sun came up and warmed the affected side of the house it was clear the yellow jackets had pretty much all died.

JC arrived a few minutes early. Promised he'd return if the yellow jackets did too, at no cost. Explained what he was doing. Was prompt, professional, friendly. I haven't seen a yellow jacket since (but it's only been one day). i'm confident he'll return if there's a future problem.
