Hoarding Michigan

Hoarders Michigan did an amazing job clearing old stuff from a three-car garage in only two hours. They are considerate of belongings, polite, and friendly. Don and his team gave us our space back. They came across an old tape player and tape and left it playing in the garage for my husband. Parting with things that hold memories can be challlenging, but Hoarders Michigan made it easy. We highly recommend Hoarders Michigan.

The worst!! They charged a boatload of money and didn?t fulfill the contract. I ended up paying someone else to finish the job! This seemed like a group of recovering drug addicts and alcoholics. They left my house a wreck. If all you want is a clean out, they may be OK. I contracted for basement clean out and declutter/reorganization of my entire home. They were understaffed and did not finish the job (leaving three rooms untouched). Two of the workers were flat out lazy and did practically nothing. The guy threw out things like my decaffeinated coffee and my collagen drink mix, but left a bunch of junk in the cabinets. The girl wasted a lot of time and practically refused to do things she was directed to do. She hid things that she was supposed to throw away in the closet. Oh and the guy who calls himself the ?face of the business? literally sat on my couch the entire day a total waste since they were short staffed.

They are very understanding and they are excellent top of the line cleaners and organizers.

The organizer was very attentive to my needs and worked well with me. She was a very hard worker And nice. Thank you

The owner came in without a mask I had to ask him and one of his workers to put one on inside my home No uniform no IDs just two adults and a teen not professionally trained people. Very life-threatening on top of unprofessional The woman was the only one that really wanted to work. They throw away They do not organize at all, and will throw away your things. The owner did not help at all. Sat down and chilled like we were old friends. I was overcharged originally for 700 dollars for a job that was really worth a quarter of that and the Owner did not refund the extra cleaning cost of 300 which totaled out to 1000 even after I told him I did not want that service he still kept the extra 300. I had to go through sorted items and show the child they brought as an employee what I did not want to be thrown away. This was not anybody professional employee I was doing the damn work correcting him from throwing my things away. Because I was watching him throw away the very documents I specifically told him not to when he came across them nor any photographs which was the whole point of hiring them to sort so I could find them. I did not have a big job at all. They threw out a mattress dress and sorted through two suitcases of papers. That is it for 1000 dollars. I have Asperger syndrome so unfortunately, I am used to people taking advantage of my disability. But I also paid that money with no regrets thinking I was paying someone that wanted to help me which he did.....out of my meager exhausted savings during times of Covid. At best it was a job worth a couple of 100s and that is being nice The gentleman is a Christian Hustler, or maybe I cannot compute. 100 an hour and they were here for about 3 smh. Do not use this company. The guy is a great motivational speaker that is it.
